  • This specialized role ensures operational integrity, service excellence, and regulatory adherence for life insurance Third-Party Administrator (TPA) operations.
  • The analyst will audit interactions, investigate potential fraud, and monitor internal controls to mitigate risk.
  • Key Responsibilities Conduct quality audits of call center interactions and service forms for accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver feedback and coaching to agents and team leads to improve service quality.
  • Perform initial reviews of potential fraud cases, gathering evidence and preparing documentation.
  • Monitor operational and financial controls to ensure effectiveness and report on gaps.
  • Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in QA, Compliance, Fraud Analysis, or an operational role in life insurance, financial services, or TPA.
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance policy lifecycle and TPA procedures.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify unusual patterns, and assess risk/fraud.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
