- •We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to partner with biotech customers in driving the biotech revolution forward.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with biotechnology organizations to assess their IT landscape and architect solutions Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery through successful go-live and adoption Provide ongoing strategic guidance and product engagement recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Support Sales and Marketing in technical deal strategy and resolve complex technical challenges Requirements 5-10+ years of combined experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry roles and scientific software implementation Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Information Management, or related field Proven track record leading global implementation teams in enterprise solution design and deployment Demonstrated ability to empathize with scientists and rapidly comprehend complex scientific concepts and workflows Exceptional communication skills and strong organizational and project management capabilities
