- •We are looking for an Organic Social Growth Lead to scale our organic social media presence and drive product growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and implement organic social media growth strategies for TikTok and Instagram (Reels).
- •Generate and test content hypotheses to increase product downloads and brand awareness.
- •Analyze competitors, trends, and effective formats, adapting strategies for growth.
- •Automate processes such as posting, content production, and basic analytics.
- •Monitor and interpret key metrics (views, CTR, conversions, installs) to optimize strategy.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience with TikTok and Instagram (Reels) as growth channels for mobile products.
- •Understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trends, with the ability to identify growth formats.
- •Experience with systematic hypothesis testing and working with growth metrics.
- •Ability to create content that drives business results, not just views.
- •Self-starter with ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build processes.
