Director of Operations - Finance

The Director of Finance Operations will assist with financial strategy on the operations team, advising on strategy and supporting operational goals.

• •Pattern is seeking a Director of Finance Operations to join their team and assist with financial strategy on the operations team.
• •This role involves advising on strategy, supporting achievement of operational goals, and modeling new business plans.
• •Key Responsibilities Work as the finance partner to Global Operations Leadership.
• •Own key operations metric's, and re-imagine new metrics.
• •Own FP&A responsibilities across operations group.
• •Report on operations performance to finance leadership and other C-suite Executives.
• •Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Supply Chain.
• •At least 10 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, and finance.
• •Sophisticated knowledge of FP&A.
