- •Support the procurement of supplier and subcontractor services for our renovation projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the project-related procurement of supplier and subcontractor services for our renovation projects.
- •You manage the entire tendering process, conduct contract and price negotiations and are responsible for the award of subcontractor services.
- •You coordinate with our planning and project management teams on the tenders.
- •You build and further develop a sustainable network of subcontractors and partners.
- •With your communication skills, you ensure accurate and clear communication with our partners throughout the entire project duration.
- •Requirements Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship or degree with a focus on real estate or construction economics.
- •More important than your diploma is your practical experience: If you have solid professional experience from the construction industry, whether from procurement or directly from the construction site (e.g. as a foreman or site manager), you are exactly right for us.
- •You have a high digital affinity and work your way into new IT and software systems without any problems; if you have already had any contact with the AVA process, that's a great bonus
- •but absolutely not a must.
