Senior Solutions Engineer to educate customers and drive technical engagements for Grafana Labs.

• •Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their customer-facing product expert team.
• •This role is crucial for enabling Grafana Labs' worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers, ensuring their success with the Grafana observability platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• •Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities.
• •Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• •Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• •Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• •Requirements 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• •Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• •First-class written and oral communication skills.
