Technical Product Manager/ Lead (Enterprise)

• •We are expanding our Product team in Sydney and hiring an exceptional Technical Product Manager/ Lead with a focus on enterprise-scale customers.
• •As an early hire, this is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you'll lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions as we continue to scale quickly.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and drive product development for the enterprise segment of our platform.
• •Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, sales, and implementations to deliver scalable, reliable solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• •Build strong rapport and lead research efforts with enterprise customers to deeply understand their technical environments, workflows, and business priorities.
• •Requirements 5+ years as a product manager working directly with enterprise customers to deliver scalable features on cloud-based products.
• •Solid understanding of enterprise authentication options and security concepts such as SAML, SSO, role-based access control, encryption, and private cloud deployments.
• •Exceptional project management skills with a track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
