About the role
Define how Atlan is sold and implemented across the modern data stack in EMEA.
- •As a Senior Sales Engineer in EMEA, you'll define how Atlan is sold and implemented across the modern data stack in Europe.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with AEs to run deep discovery, uncovering real data and AI problems across enterprise accounts in EMEA.
- •Design and lead POCs / POVs that showcase how Atlan becomes the context layer across their warehouses, BI, and AI stack.
- •Deliver compelling demos and technical narratives tailored to data engineers, architects, and senior business stakeholders.
- •Use AI as a force-multiplier
- •from building internal tools and demo assets to accelerating how you prototype solutions for customers.
- •Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineering on reference architectures, best practices, and reusable POV patterns for key verticals and platforms.
- •Requirements Sales Engineering Experience: 5-8+ years in Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering / Customer Engineering, ideally in data, analytics, or adjacent SaaS.
- •Modern Data Stack Fluency: Hands-on experience with SQL and modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) plus familiarity with ETL/ELT, orchestration, and BI.
- •Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, and data pipelines.
