- •Deel is expanding aggressively across LATAM, and the markets driving the next phase of growth are ones where global employment infrastructure is still an unfamiliar concept.
- •This role exists to change that.
- •Key Responsibilities Campaign Ownership: Own and execute the regional campaign calendar across digital, webinars, and owned and emerging channels.
- •Strategy to Execution: Translate regional marketing strategy into tactical campaign plans, owning timelines, channel selection, and budget allocation to ensure global priorities land with precision in LATAM.
- •Localization: Adapt global campaigns for LATAM audiences, ensuring every asset reflects local tone, language, proof points, and customer references.
- •ABM Execution: Build and manage ABM programs in close partnership with Sales, from account selection and multi-channel sequencing through to conversion.
- •Sales Enablement: Equip local Sales teams with market-specific assets
