- •Requirements Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience leading technical direction.
- •Experience leading engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance conversations.
- •Strong technical credibility, with the ability and willingness to contribute code and review designs.
- •Experience balancing people leadership, technical decision-making, and delivery management.
