- •Join Elliptic's global Revenue team to champion customer success and uncover new commercial opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers and ensure long-term success.
- •Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a great customer experience.
- •Develop high-quality Success plans to achieve adoption, retention, advocacy, and upsell targets.
- •Partner with Account Executives on enterprise accounts to deliver value growth.
- •Lead the end-to-end sales process for upsell opportunities.
- •Requirements Experience in Account Management and upsell targets, particularly in Financial Services.
- •Worked across a broad customer base in the APAC region.
- •Strong relationship building skills with a track record of building advocacy, retention, and generating net new business.
- •Demonstrated track record of success and quota overachievement.
