  • Join Elliptic's global Revenue team to champion customer success and uncover new commercial opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers and ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Develop high-quality Success plans to achieve adoption, retention, advocacy, and upsell targets.
  • Partner with Account Executives on enterprise accounts to deliver value growth.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for upsell opportunities.
  • Requirements Experience in Account Management and upsell targets, particularly in Financial Services.
  • Worked across a broad customer base in the APAC region.
  • Strong relationship building skills with a track record of building advocacy, retention, and generating net new business.
  • Demonstrated track record of success and quota overachievement.
