About the role
TL;DR
Financial Controller to build and scale TrueFoundry's finance function.
- •TrueFoundry is seeking a Financial Controller to establish its finance function.
- •This foundational role will build the financial infrastructure, processes, and controls necessary for the company's growth through Series B and beyond.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end monthly close for India and US entities.
- •Lead ERP implementation and manage the finance technology stack.
- •Oversee all India and US statutory compliance, tax filings, and cross-border compliance.
- •Manage treasury, cash management, and banking relationships.
- •Requirements CA or CPA qualification; Big 4 or top-tier audit background preferred. 8-10 years of finance experience, with at least 4 years in a fast-paced startup.
- •Demonstrable experience scaling a finance function and implementing controls/systems.
- •Hands-on ERP implementation experience.
- •Strong knowledge of Ind AS and US GAAP, with multi-entity consolidation experience.
