• •This role partners with the COO to ensure strategic execution across the organization.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the creation, evolution, and documentation of business systems and processes.
• •Build and automate data analyses using AI and other tools to generate actionable insights.
• •Lead cross-functional initiatives and high-priority projects critical to scaling the business.
• •Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, speed, and profitability.
• •Requirements 8-10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or cross-functional project management.
• •Experience owning complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end and mapping workflows.
• •Highly analytical, comfortable using data (and AI tools) to drive decisions.
• •Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building in ambiguity.
