• •Dave is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Scientist to drive ML-driven Marketing/Growth/Product capabilities.
• •This role will focus on leveraging data and machine learning to enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across Dave's product ecosystem.
• •Key Responsibilities Architect and lead machine learning solutions across teams, driving multi-person, cross-functional initiatives.
• •Define and execute the roadmap for applying ML to improve marketing efficiency and growth.
• •Lead development and deployment of core models including propensity, churn prevention, LTV, and cross-sell models.
• •Analyze large datasets, identify high-leverage data sources, and build business cases for new data acquisition.
• •Continuously evaluate and improve marketing spend efficiency through ML-driven insights and models.
• •Requirements Proven experience in architecting and leading ML solutions in a business context.
• •Strong expertise in developing and deploying production-grade ML models (propensity, LTV, churn, etc.).
• •Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets and identifying valuable data sources.
