Senior Security Engineer

Contribute to application security and cloud security posture.

• •Federato is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to contribute to its application security program and cloud security posture.
• •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the application security program, including SAST, DAST, and SCA tooling.
• •Participate in incident response, containment, and resolution.
• •Harden cloud and Kubernetes environments, focusing on IAM, secrets management, and IaC.
• •Build detections and security automation to scale security operations.
• •Respond to customer security questionnaires and audits.
• •Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and automation.
• •Experience with achieving SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, or similar certifications.
• •Experience with Node.js or Python for backend services. 3+ years of experience with cloud providers, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• •Solid experience with cloud security on GCP or AWS, including IAM, Kubernetes, and IaC.
