- •Key Responsibilities Lead the design and architecture of scalable and performant web and mobile front-end solutions that meet product requirements and enhance user experience Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that address user pain points and enhance the overall experience Work closely with backend and platform engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end experiences and underlying services Contribute to the vision for the team and the platform as a technical leader, identifying front-end technologies and technical investments that improve performance, reliability, and user experience Requirements Strong proficiency in React and React Native Experience with front-end observability practices in Datadog Ability to analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with Git and JavaScript
