• •Serve Robotics is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Northern markets.
• •Key Responsibilities Directly manage and coach a team of 5-8 salaried station leaders.
• •Lead the successful execution of daily robot operations, including dispatch, maintenance, and field response.
• •Manage the full regional P&L, including labor cost, vendor spend, asset utilization, and site-level efficiencies.
• •Requirements 5+ years in field operations, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries with multi-site or team leadership.
• •Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility and budget management.
• •Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
