Build core systems for Astro’s Public API, authentication, and billing.

• •Join the Platform team at Astronomer to build core systems powering Astro’s Public API, authentication, and billing.
• •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the architecture and components of the Astro Platform under senior guidance.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features for the engineering organization.
• •Develop customer-facing features including public APIs and UI experiences.
• •Apply best practices for building scalable and maintainable platform software.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• •Exposure to backend languages like Go, Python, or Java.
• •Foundational understanding of SQL databases and distributed systems.
• •Experience using AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate development.
