- •Bazaarvoice is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join their Consumer Experience team, focusing on the Notifications & Outbound ecosystem.
- •This role will transform outbound communication into a seamless, high-value user experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design process for notification systems, creating user journeys across email and mobile.
- •Solve complex problems around review collection and outbound outreach.
- •Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, leveraging Generative AI.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure design impact through conversion metrics and user sentiment.
- •Shape high-level product ideation and mentor junior designers.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
- •Experience in B2B SaaS.
- •Experience or strong interest in designing for off-platform experiences (Email, Push, SMS).
- •Deep knowledge of the product lifecycle and success metrics.
- •Proficiency in Figma and an interest in AI-assisted design.
- •Strong communication skills.
