About the role
TL;DR
Develop analytics infrastructure and tools to improve client analytics and product investigation.
- •As a Senior Software Engineer, Analytics, you will work closely with various teams to build infrastructure, frameworks, and tools to improve client analytics and support product investigation.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with client success and clinical product experts to implement infrastructure and automation for monitoring product KPIs.
- •Build frameworks and tools to empower the clinical team to review and investigate clinical cases.
- •Propose and implement foundational improvements to boost data platform scalability and team analytics capabilities.
- •Drive product analytics development cross-functionally with Client Success, Clinical, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
- •Requirements BS in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in building scalable analytics infrastructure on a cloud platform, preferably AWS.
- •Proficient in Python and SQL.
- •Deep knowledge in modern data and analytics technologies, such as cloud-based data warehouses, transformation frameworks, workflow orchestration tools, and BI tools.
- •Experience working with sensitive data that contains PHI/PII.
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
