- •Product Designer, you’ll help shape the design systems that power our fintech platform.
- •Working closely with our Lead Designer, you’ll gain hands-on experience across system design, product development, and cross-functional collaboration
- •building the foundations that ensure consistency, usability, and scalability as we grow.
- •Key Responsibilities Own product design end-to-end
- •from understanding the problem through research and stakeholder input, to shipping polished UI Design screens, flows, and interactions for Baselayer's platform using our established design system and component library Translate complex KYB, risk, and compliance workflows into clear, usable interfaces Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and ready for handoff Use AI tools alongside Figma to move faster on explorations, prototypes, and design-to-code workflows Requirements 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design Strong working knowledge of Figma (Auto Layout, variants, components, tokens) Detail-oriented and organized
