- •Banyan Software is seeking a proven product leader to define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LoanVision, a market-leading loan-level accounting platform for the mortgage banking industry.
- •This role requires a leader with a track record of building and running product organizations, owning roadmaps from vision through execution, and engaging executive stakeholders.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LoanVision.
- •Lead portfolio prioritization across core product enhancements, strategic investments, and new product opportunities.
- •Lead and develop the Product Management function, including direct leadership of product managers and product owners.
- •Lead LoanVision's Buy, Build, Partner strategy, evaluating whether to build internally, partner externally, or pursue strategic acquisitions.
- •Serve as the executive voice of the customer, translating customer needs and market signals into product strategy.
- •Requirements Proven product management leadership experience, with demonstrated success running a product team and owning a product roadmap.
- •Experience implementing formal product management frameworks, governance processes, and prioritization methodologies.
- •Demonstrated buy-build-partner decision-making experience.
- •Strong executive communication skills and presence.
- •A forward-thinking orientation with a perspective on market direction.
