- •Banyan Software is seeking a Director of Customer Operations & Projects (m/w/d) to lead the customer delivery layer of HMM Deutschland GmbH.
- •This senior leadership role involves managing project management, BPO, and SLA operations, while serving as the senior relationship owner for key accounts.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the customer operations and project management teams through an AI-driven transformation.
- •Own the end-to-end project management methodology, including governance, risk, and change control.
- •Serve as the senior relationship owner for the company's largest and highest-priority customer accounts.
- •Own delivery SLAs across all workflow service lines and manage BPO operations.
- •Drive customer satisfaction and retention through structured feedback loops and relationship management.
- •Requirements Direct experience in healthcare IT, GKV/SGB workflow processing, or a similarly regulated German-speaking healthcare services environment.
- •Proven track record owning large, complex customer-facing programs with hard SLA accountability.
- •Background managing or transforming high-volume BPO or managed services operations.
- •Business fluent in both German and English.
- •Experience leading teams through AI-driven or technology-led operational transformation.
