• •Key Responsibilities Own the NY and EU employee experience: Lead culture, engagement, and connection programs.
• •Foster connection globally: Organize regional cultural programming, remote connection moments and local meetups.
• •Create an exceptional workplace experience: Manage daily NY & LON office operations.
• •Lead events and cultural programming: Plan and execute in-office and virtual events.
• •Champion inclusion and belonging: Support Employee Resource Groups and recognition initiatives.
