  • As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will act as the primary engine for customer growth by architecting lifecycle journeys that convert existing customers into multi-product power users.
  • You will own the expansion pipeline target, managing the full execution of cross-sell and up-sell campaigns.

  • Design the strategic blueprint for high-touch DC activations, including legislative fly-ins, policy roundtables, and executive salons.
  • Identify expansion-ready signals by merging product usage, political calendar, and intent signals.
  • Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in demand generation or customer marketing roles, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level experience with Marketo and Salesforce (CRM) is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to map customer journeys and identify usage-based expansion signals.
