About the role
TL;DR
Develop and optimize in-vehicle software platform for automotive applications.
- •Sonatus is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop and optimize its in-vehicle software platform for Fastlane Collector and Copilot products.
- •This role involves contributing to next-generation vehicle applications, middleware, and platform services on automotive-grade High-Performance Compute platforms.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance in-vehicle applications and connectivity middleware.
- •Implement and support robust platform services for resource management and health monitoring.
- •Troubleshoot and root-cause issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- •Author comprehensive unit and integration tests and conduct code reviews.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- •Bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar.
- •Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++14/17).
- •Hands-on experience developing on Embedded Linux.
- •Experience writing automated unit and integration tests using C++ testing frameworks and Python.
