• •Key Responsibilities Lead technical strategy and decision-making on assigned domains Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems Mentor and uplevel early-career engineers Collaborate across disciplines to understand our domain and iterate on projects Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices Requirements 4+ years of software engineering experience A generalist software engineering mindset ready to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques required for a fast paced startup environment Demonstrated ability to build complex systems using AI coding agents (we use Claude Code) The ability to learn quickly and mentor others Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
