TL;DR
Owns the enterprise platform, telehealth, and integrations for health systems.
- •Eko builds AI and digital tools to enable healthcare providers to detect heart and lung disease.
- •This role focuses on the SENSORA platform, telehealth, and integrations for health systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise platform.
- •Translate enterprise needs into a prioritized backlog for engineering.
- •Own EHR integration and interoperability (HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR).
- •Ensure enterprise security, data governance, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2).
- •Own dashboards and analytics to demonstrate ROI.
- •Requirements 8+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software in healthcare.
- •Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR integrations and healthcare interoperability standards.
- •Experience productizing enterprise requirements: security, identity/access, data governance, and compliance.
- •Experience with dashboards, reporting, or analytics products.
- •Track record delivering B2B healthcare products at health-system scale.
