  • Butternut Box is growing rapidly and we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who shares our passion for dogs.
  • Since our successful launch in Berlin, we are continuously expanding our presence in Germany
  • and the North is one of our key regions.
  • Key Responsibilities Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse team of Brand Ambassadors.
  • Drive regional KPIs and strategic development of your area.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities and trade fairs with the event team.
  • Ensure every interaction with Butternut Box is positive and appreciative.
  • Requirements Experience in sales, field service, or sales training (ideally in the D2C environment).
  • Experience leading small teams and supporting people's development.
  • Fluent communication in German (C2) and English.
