Drive regional sales and team development for Butternut Box in Hamburg.
- •Butternut Box is growing rapidly and we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who shares our passion for dogs.
- •Since our successful launch in Berlin, we are continuously expanding our presence in Germany
- •and the North is one of our key regions.
- •Key Responsibilities Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse team of Brand Ambassadors.
- •Drive regional KPIs and strategic development of your area.
- •Plan and coordinate promotional activities and trade fairs with the event team.
- •Ensure every interaction with Butternut Box is positive and appreciative.
- •Requirements Experience in sales, field service, or sales training (ideally in the D2C environment).
- •Experience leading small teams and supporting people's development.
- •Fluent communication in German (C2) and English.
