- •Gong is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to drive data-informed decisions for its marketing engine.
- •This role will own dashboards, models, and analyses to optimize spend and pipeline growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the marketing analytics stack, building and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- •Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, channel mix, and pipeline contribution.
- •Partner with Finance and Marketing leadership on budget planning and forecast models.
- •Collaborate with RevOps, Demand Gen, and Growth teams on measurement frameworks.
- •Requirements 8+ years in marketing analytics or a related quantitative role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- •Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Hex).
- •Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, and modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt).
- •Experience with attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and campaign measurement.
