  • Gong is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to drive data-informed decisions for its marketing engine.
  • This role will own dashboards, models, and analyses to optimize spend and pipeline growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Own the marketing analytics stack, building and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign effectiveness, channel mix, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Finance and Marketing leadership on budget planning and forecast models.
  • Collaborate with RevOps, Demand Gen, and Growth teams on measurement frameworks.
  • Requirements 8+ years in marketing analytics or a related quantitative role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Hex).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot, and modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt).
  • Experience with attribution modeling, funnel analytics, and campaign measurement.
