About the role
Lead federal civilian sales territory, grow ARR within regulatory agencies.
- •Lead TRM's federal civilian sales territory across North America, owning full sales cycle and growing ARR within regulatory agencies.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive new ARR by closing government regulatory agencies and owning end-to-end sales.
- •Map and tier territory and build pipeline coverage within 30 days.
- •Build relationships with senior federal stakeholders and represent TRM consultatively.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Solutions Architecture, Policy, Investigations).
- •Maintain rigorous forecasting and sales discipline.
- •Requirements 5+ years Federal Civilian SaaS sales experience with net new ARR attainment.
- •Experience navigating federal procurement vehicles (GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, sole-source).
- •Proven self-generated pipeline and territory ownership.
- •Strong executive presence, comfortable engaging at SES level.
