- •Build the engine that captures, organizes, and activates evidence across every customer relationship and every go-to-market motion.
- •Key Responsibilities Programmatize how Assort captures, validates, and tells ROI stories.
- •Orchestrate sales references, analyst references, industry awards submissions, and the customer speaker pipeline.
- •Stand up Assort’s first Customer Advisory Board.
- •Ensure voice-of-customer shows up across our website, sales materials, ABM campaigns, event presence, press moments, and product launches.
- •Use AI tools fluently to compress.
- •Requirements Strong understanding of customer marketing and ROI measurement.
- •Experience in building and managing reference programs.
- •Ability to design and run a Customer Advisory Board.
- •Experience in marketing activation and integrating customer evidence across various channels.
