About the role
TL;DR
Design AI-powered audit workflows by partnering with engineering and audit professionals.
- •Fieldguide is building the AI-native platform that powers modern audit and advisory firms.
- •As an Agent Architect, you will join a specialized team working at the intersection of audit expertise, product development, and AI to design and build the next generation of audit workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Help design the AI-powered workflows that will define the future of audit and assurance.
- •Partner closely with engineering, product, and design teams to translate real-world audit processes into scalable product capabilities.
- •Work directly with audit firms using Fieldguide to understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
- •Collaborate with our ML team to develop AI agent capabilities that assist with tasks such as document analysis, testing procedures, and evidence evaluation.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting + CPA license or Master's degree in Accounting. 8-10+ years of experience in audit at a leading public accounting firm at the Senior Manager level or above.
- •Experience auditing financial statements end-to-end, including designing and executing audit workpapers across financial statement areas.
- •Strong understanding of U.S.
- •GAAP and financial statement preparation.
- •Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.
