- •Matter is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO, driving strategic initiatives across all company functions.
- •This role requires a strong operator who can translate high-level priorities into actionable plans and ensure seamless execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution.
- •Connect engineering, commercial, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- •Translate executive priorities into clear workstreams, owners, and timelines.
- •Identify and resolve organizational blockers and misalignments.
- •Support company planning, leadership meetings, and board/investor materials.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in a high-performance operating environment.
- •Exceptional judgment, organization, and follow-through in ambiguous situations.
- •Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional work.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- •High ownership and bias to action.
