  • Key Responsibilities Own content strategy across the web with accountability for acquisition and conversion performance Design content structures, page frameworks, and navigation for user journeys Build messaging frameworks and write end-to-end web copy (headlines, CTAs, microcopy) Run A/B tests and experimentation to validate content solutions Develop content standards, voice guides, and AI-based content QA systems Requirements 5–8 years in content strategy, content design, UX writing, or web copywriting Experience translating complex product/technical info into clear, accessible language Proficiency with experimentation/A/B testing and data-informed optimization Experience partnering cross-functionally with designers, PMs, engineers, and marketing
