- •We're hiring an Events Manager to build Figma Weave's real-world presence and turn that presence into both brand awareness and enterprise pipeline.
- •This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll decide which events to attend, own the content and brand experience, and run standalone events end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Own event strategy, aligning with brand awareness or enterprise pipeline goals.
- •Manage content, branding, and awareness at major industry conferences.
- •Execute standalone events end-to-end, including executive programs.
- •Build and manage the events budget, accountable for outcomes.
- •Track and report on event performance, from reach to pipeline contribution.
- •Requirements Experience running enterprise or industry events from strategy through execution.
- •Comfort working alongside sales on a pipeline-driven motion.
- •Experience managing agencies and service providers.
- •Confidence engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
- •Ability to work within a larger partner ecosystem.
