• •Lead the Group’s external reporting processes, including half-year and full-year reporting under IFRS.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead the Group’s external reporting processes, including half-year and full-year reporting under IFRS Oversee statutory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions Manage relationships with external auditors and support the Group audit process Requirements ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience Proven experience within a UK listed business environment Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience leading annual reporting processes
