- •Support safe, scalable portfolio growth by ensuring effective onboarding and applying rigorous KYC, KYB, and CDD standards for business customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Monitor and review onboarding processes for accuracy and internal control adherence.
- •Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to complete KYC/KYB and CDD reviews.
- •Flag and escalate inconsistencies or risks to meet SLAs and compliance standards.
- •Maintain policy knowledge and drive continuous process improvements.
