Backend Software Engineer for GTM OS development and infrastructure management.

• •Join our GTM Engineering team as a Backend Software Engineer to build our internal knowledge and intelligence infrastructure.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain new features and integrations for the GTM OS.
• •Investigate and resolve complex performance and reliability issues.
• •Partner with internal teams to understand their needs and improve support.
• •Present and consult across Cockroach Labs to showcase the work built.
• •Continuously improve and manage the infrastructure for the GTM OS.
• •Requirements Experience with feature development and integration.
• •Strong problem-solving skills for performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• •Ability to partner with internal teams and understand their workflows.
• •Experience with presenting and consulting across teams.
