Run and improve daily insurance and health service operations to ensure continuity and efficiency.
- •Operate and monitor a specific subset of Alan's insurance or health service processes (claims, invoicing, provider networks), ensuring day-to-day continuity and identifying improvement opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Run and execute operational processes (claims, invoicing, provider management) Monitor volumes, SLAs and performance, flagging risks and opportunities Supervise partnerships and support negotiations and daily communications Perform controls and audits to ensure correct decisions and training needs Escalate feedback and support improvement initiatives Requirements Experience working in operations or service delivery Strong monitoring, reporting and process-oriented skills Ability to manage provider/partner relationships Good communication and escalation skills
