Manages technical configuration and optimization of merchant-facing systems.

• •The Live Merchant Implementations Manager owns the technical configuration, implementation, migration, and ongoing optimization of merchant-facing systems post-onboarding.
• •Key Responsibilities Assess tooling solutions and automation opportunities.
• •Configure carrier services, mappings, routing logic, and shipping rules.
• •Integrate WMS and 3PL systems.
• •Set up label providers and validate data workflows.
• •Work with Engineering & Product to scope features and changes.
• •Requirements 4+ years in ecommerce infrastructure or systems operations.
• •Hands-on experience in technical implementations.
• •Experience in high-growth, systems-driven environments.
