About the role
TL;DR
Manage customer relationships and drive product adoption for AI platform clients.
- •As a Customer Success Manager for Podium's Auto vertical, you will be the trusted partner for large clients, owning the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term growth to drive retention, adoption, and satisfaction.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead multi-location onboarding and training for customers.
- •Manage a strategic portfolio of accounts, proactively monitoring health scores and product adoption.
- •Build multi-stakeholder relationships to uncover customer needs and deliver value-based solutions.
- •Drive onboarding cohorts to hit key milestones and maintain momentum.
- •Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance for a seamless customer experience.
- •Requirements 3+ years in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or Account/Relationship Management.
- •Proven track record managing portfolios, onboarding, and driving retention.
- •Experience identifying at-risk accounts and activating disengaged clients.
- •Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-evolving environment.
- •Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
