Warehouse Supervisor

Lead warehouse and logistics operations in a temporary assignment.

• •We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a temporary assignment to lead warehouse and logistics operations in Jacksonville, Florida or Conroe, Texas.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, logistics specialists, and material handlers Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, and inventory control Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and timely system updates in ERP/WMS Monitor and optimize material flow to support construction and data center operations, including just-in-time delivery Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Requirements 4+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory management, and safety standards (OSHA) Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
