• •You'll work as part of a small, high-caliber team operating with high autonomy, fast iteration cycles, and strong founder energy.
• •Key Responsibilities Continuously explore emerging shifts in AI interfaces, orchestration, agents, autonomy, and AI-powered work through hands-on experimentation and ecosystem research Stay deeply connected to the AI ecosystem through founder networks, user conversations, Product Hunt, Reddit, GitHub, X, events, and emerging tooling Identify unmet needs and future product opportunities that could shape n8n's long-term direction Rapidly prototype, validate, and launch AI-native product ideas with minimal support Operate across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market with a highly scrappy, execution-first mindset Requirements Strong understanding of AI and its applications in workflow orchestration Experience in product management, particularly in high-growth, tech-driven environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion Passion for AI and its potential to transform industries
