  • Key Responsibilities Win and close major deals with large financial institutions, banks, and fintech companies.
  • Set the pace in the office: run in-person deal reviews, debrief after calls, and establish a clear weekly rhythm.

  • Requirements Has 10 to 15+ years of experience selling complex software or data products to large businesses and financial institutions.
  • Has a strong track record of winning large deals and building lasting relationships with senior decision makers.
  • Shows up, sets the standard, and takes their work seriously without needing to be managed.
