About the role
Drive pipeline from named accounts by building and operating the technical engine for intent signals.
- •Build and operate the technical engine that turns intent signals into qualified outbound meetings, working across Marketing, Sales, and leadership to drive pipeline from named accounts.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and operate intent signal stack and prioritize target accounts.
- •Design enrichment workflows to generate account briefs at scale.
- •Own scoring, routing, enrichment, and trigger-based outbound workflows.
- •Run personalized outbound programs and experimentation engine.
- •Track performance from signal to meeting with clear reporting.
- •Requirements 4+ years in growth, demand gen, marketing operations, or GTM engineering.
- •Hands-on experience with Clay, LLM APIs, enrichment providers, CRM, and marketing automation.
- •Technical fluency across data, automation, APIs, prompts, and systems design.
- •Experience with personalized outbound for enterprise or named accounts.
