About the role

Support product launches and drive customer adoption for Acorns' financial products.

  • Acorns is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the messaging, go-to-market strategy, and evergreen content programs that drive adoption across the Acorns and Acorns Early product portfolios.
  • Key Responsibilities Product Messaging & Storytelling: Support the development and maintenance of messaging frameworks that connect product capabilities to customer benefits across all touchpoints.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Support end-to-end GTM execution for product launches, including creative briefing, channel coordination, and launch communications.
  • Voice of Customer Integration: Synthesize insights from research, customer feedback, and social sentiment into messaging recommendations to ensure we are speaking the customer's language.
  • Evergreen Content & Adoption: Maintain a library of evergreen assets—such as FAQs, value propositions, and app store creative—to improve product understanding and reduce trust barriers.
  • AI-Enabled Operations: Apply modern AI tools and workflows to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of product marketing deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Research, and Compliance to execute initiatives that drive measurable customer adoption.
  • Requirements 3-5 years of product marketing experience, with a track record of supporting product launches (Consumer, fintech, or subscription experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer value.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to support messaging development, content creation, or research synthesis.
