Senior Manager of Revenue Operations

Lead and scale revenue operations for a growing AI company, optimizing GTM strategy and execution.

• •Materialize is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to scale its go-to-market function.
• •This role will own and optimize revenue operations, reporting to the VP of Finance & Operations and collaborating with Sales and CEO.
• •Key Responsibilities Own GTM planning, capacity modeling, sales targets, and forecasting.
• •Lead forecasting processes and maintain pipeline visibility.
• •Design and improve metrics, dashboards, and funnel reporting.
• •Own day-to-day execution of GTM systems and AI-native workflows.
• •Operate as a player-coach, driving improvements and building the foundation for a future team.
• •Requirements 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at high-growth B2B companies.
• •Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tools.
• •Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
