Assistant Vice President - Servicing

Senior leader responsible for commercial real estate loan servicing functions.

• •Berkadia's Servicing division oversees key aspects of the commercial real estate loan life cycle post-disbursement.
• •The AVP is a senior leader responsible for functions like surveillance, financial statement analysis, rent rolls, site inspections, and watch-list loans.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, mentor, and coach line managers to ensure effective communication and execution of business strategy.
• •Manage multiple servicing verticals with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
• •Evaluate and improve business processes, drive automation and standardization, and support the implementation of new ideas.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline, MBA preferred.
• •Minimum 14 years’ professional experience with at least 8 years in a people leadership role, preferably in the CRE industry.
• •Strong understanding of commercial real estate loan servicing functions.
