• •Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team building scalable, high-quality backend and mobile software for healthcare AI products, aligning technical direction with product and company strategy.
• •Key Responsibilities Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team Drive technical strategy and align engineering with product and business goals Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software Optimize developer experience, tooling, and CI/CD workflows Collaborate closely with ML, Product, and Data teams Requirements Proven experience in Engineering Management and people management Hands-on experience with backend engineering and CI/CD practices Technical background with Kotlin; mobile engineering is a plus Experience with agile delivery, project management, and integrations Fluent English; German is a plus
